Patrick Gillooly

In 1996 Patrick Gillooly joined the Firm and became a Partner the following year. Patrick is now the Managing Partner of the Firm, overseeing daily operations and ensuing the highest standard of quality control at all times. Patrick is a Professional Member of both the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and the Society of Chartered Surveyors of Ireland, and is an RICS Registered Valuer.

Paul Morrissey

Paul joined our Firm in late 2009 and is a registered Building Surveyor. As a result of his previous studies, Paul enjoys dual qualification as a Chartered Building Surveyor and a RICS Registered Valuer, being a Professional Member of both the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and the Society of Chartered Surveyors of Ireland. Paul has wide ranging experience in commercial and residential surveying and specialises in pre-acquisition due diligence.

John Morrissey

John joined our firm in 2015 and is now in training for Associate Membership of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and the Society of Chartered Surveyors of Ireland. John has extensive training in and knowledge of our specialist areas and is an integral part of our team managing logistics and assisting our service delivery.
